ABSTRACT

Assyifa Al khoeriyyah Foundation is a foundation that manages education and social propaganda. In running its business processes it makes the Information Technology (IT) as a backbone. IT division that manage the IT infrastructure, often find problems due to lack of maximum security application management finally, it causes information security incidents and disrupt business processes.
Information Security Management System (ISMS) is a process which based on the evaluation result information security readiness levels to plan (plan), implements (do), evaluate (check) and increase (act) to information security. ISMS construction, is expected to reduce the impact of IT incidents, protecting business processes, avoiding a serious failure, as well as to minimize the risk of information security.
ISMS design built in this study refers to KAMI Index and SNI ISO / IEC 27001: 2009 standard. ISMS design that is built will produce documentation consisting of the Information Security Manual, Work Instructions, Work Procedures and Forms
ISMS that is built will be evaluated by the organization, so it can be taken a recommendation suggest improvements.
